I need my order in a hurry! Do you offer a 'rush option'?

Not all of our products are available faster than our listed turnaround times. However, if you need something quickly for an upcoming event, please get in touch to discuss further with our team. A rush order fee does apply and all rush orders must be approved by our team to account for other order deadlines, supplier delays and product production times.

Can my order be sent outside of Australia?

Yes! Many of our items are available for international shipping. Please get in touch at info@theivorysribe.com.au to discuss shipping costs and turnaround times.
