We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ on our custom items as we are unable to restock and resell them.

 

If your order is incorrect or a mistake has been made by us we will replace the item/s for you.

 

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your item has arrived damaged in transit, please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please have the parcel and all the original packaging along with photographs of the damaged items on hand so we can assist you with making a claim through Australia Post.

PRODUCTION

Please allow up to three weeks for production of wishing well if ordering together. Padlock & keys on their own will be shipped in 7 to 10 business days.

 

SHIPPING

Each item is carefully packaged and the postage price includes tracking information. Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time:

 

Regular Post: 4-5 Business days

Express Post: 1-2 Business days
