SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow one - three weeks for production, depending on the item type ordered. For more accurate production estimates, see the 'SHIPPING' section of the product you are ordering.
Each item is carefully packaged according to the material used (timber or acrylic) and the postage price includes tracking information. Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time:
Regular Post: 4-5 Business days
Express Post: 1-3 Business days
NOTE: During busy or peak periods or due to COVID-19, postage may be delayed outside of our control. We recommend ensuring that you place your order with plenty of time to spare.

We can arrange a rush order for an additional fee or express postage if needed. Express postage prices will vary according to your location.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty.
We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ on our custom or personalised items as we are unable to restock and resell them.
If your order is incorrect or a mistake has been made by us we will replace the item/s for you.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item has arrived damaged in transit, please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please have the parcel and all the original packaging along with photographs of the damaged items on hand so we can assist you with making a claim through Australia Post.
